It is discomforting to realize that the theoretical discussions and the reality, clashed by classic and contemporary authors on the subject denounce the intensification of the problems and prove their actuality. It is a discussion about the legitimacy of power in Brazilian society in an ethical-moral, political and economic crisis that is responsible for one of the greatest social and hopeful crises in the country.
